I invite you to escape to the hills with us for a weekend of wilderness, wellness and relaxation in the heart of the Peak District National Park.
Surrounded by a beautiful, remote landscape with the sound of the nearby stream and waterfalls, there will be daily Yoga practices, guided meditations and bedtime Yoga Nidras for deep rest. There will be opportunities to explore the local moorland and hills and of course relax in our luxury accommodation.
This retreat is for anyone who feels they need to step out of day to day life, unplug from demands and return back to a simpler way of being. The weekend is designed to support you in recharging your batteries and reconnecting to Nature and yourself.
During the weekend you can expect:

o Community. A place with no judgement, where you are welcome exactly as you are. Being seen, heard and witnessed.

Reviews of previous retreats with Natalie:
I went on my first yoga retreat with Natalie and I wasn't sure what to expect. I went with an open heart and mind and what can say - it was a truly peaceful, calming experience, shared with like minded people. I think it’s been a long time since I have felt such an inner peace like I felt that weekend. I know returning back to everyday life that the peace may diminish but I know I can find it again. It was a very thought provoking experience. Filled with laughter, love, tears and amazing food and company.
Lovely memories made and shared. I would defiantly give the experience a go if you have never attended a yoga retreat before with Natalie. (Louise)
I had the pleasure of attending Natalie’s ‘First Stirrings of Spring’ retreat recently. It was the most incredible experience with a group of wonderful women. We did it all - yoga, meditation, journaling, walking, crafting, getting close to nature, hot tubbing, star gazing, eating lovely food, dancing and singing! We laughed and cried together, supporting each other.
It felt very empowering to share openly with others in a safe space and feel a sense of community and the support that comes with that. The whole retreat had a very positive impact on my mental health and well as my physical health.
Natalie really made it feel special and helped everybody to feel at ease throughout our time together. It was very relaxed, and there was a good mix of planned activities and down time.
The setting was perfect. The accommodation itself was very luxurious. The surrounding area was beautiful, especially with all the snowdrops. And I also loved reconnecting to my inner child on the rope swing!
Thank-you so much Natalie for providing this opportunity and being a true inspiration. I will treasure my memories of this retreat forever and already cannot wait until the next one. (Holly)
I just wanted to say I loved the retreat again and think I got even more out of it this time. I feel that over the past week I really have been prioritising self-care more and I'm eating and drinking less rubbish and picking up my running a bit more. I'm also heading to bed earlier and resting a bit more (boys allowing!) And I feel the increase in sleep and rest has made a big difference over the last 7 or 8 days... I hope I can keep it up! I have loved all the retreats I have been on with you and think I could still get lots out of another ... even if just not to let habits slip and keep the focus on what I want my life to look like.
