Children’s Yoga
What’s it all about?
The practice of Yoga nurtures Children’s confidence, creativity and ability to express emotions in a positive way.
During the class I cover breathing techniques to develop concentration and help connect to their place of calm. We explore Yoga poses to develop healthy body awareness, co-ordination and self-esteem and I offer Mindfulness tools which are especially important as school and social pressures increase.
When is this class?
I offer bespoke Children’s Yoga and Mindfulness classes in a range of settings, including classroom, PE and holiday clubs. If you are a school interested in me offering Yoga to your students, please give me a call.
