Lammas Woodland Retreat.

Come and join us for our gathering of Nature, Yoga, Crafting and Community on 6th August 2022, 10am - 2pm, in a private woodland space in Leek, Staffordshire.

Lammas is the first of three harvest celebrations where we take sacred pause to show our gratitude and really soak up all the sounds, smells and tastes of Summer before it gently begins to slide into Autumn.

There will be an opening of sacred circle, moving our bodies in Yoga flow under the coolness of the trees, guided meditations, relaxing in the peace of the woods, teas around the camp fire and crafting our own herb and flower bundles to capture the delicious fragrances of Summer. Perfect to call upon to lift the spirits on cold, dark, Winter days.

If you’re in need of some respite from day to day life and wish to deepen your connection with nature and its cycles and seasons this is for you.
